The staff was welcoming and the room was clean and equipped with modern amenities like a mini-fridge and AC. Security seemed tight and the location was convenient for business travel.
The WiFi was slow and unreliable, causing issues with video calls. we only received sheets, not blankets, and requests for blankets went unheard.

As a business traveler, I found this hotel to be very quiet and secure. The staff were attentive, and the facilities in my room were clean and nice with a mini-fridge, AC, TV, etc. Additionally, the breakfast offered typical Colombian options at a good price.

The room facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive during my business trip. The hotel's breakfast was well-priced and typical Colombian dishes were available. the hotel was secure and quiet, which was great for getting work done.
There were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and weak, which made it difficult to use FaceTime or any other streaming services.
